Here is a gorgeous “A-Frame” style home nestling among the mature trees on Madison’s Bay Creek neighborhood. The homeowner new the roof was older, and wanted an idea of how much time they might have left before needing a new one. Upon our free inspection, multiple issues were found, such as cracked and lifting shingles, as well as deteriorating pipe boots and flashings. The roof may have been able to last a few more years, but it was going to be causing issues sooner than later.
Our project manager provided the customer with a free quote for a roof replacement including options for new skylights and improved insulation on the lofted ceiling of the second story. Given that the price of roofing materials is continually escalating, the homeowner made the decision to have us move forward with the quote. What resulted is a cozy cabin look in the middle of a downtown city landscape. And with quality products from GAF and Velux, the look is guaranteed to last for years to come.
